Teacher Whiteboards

A great deal of coaching happens in a one-on-one environment. That coaching is captured in a lot of ways including coaching notes, lesson plans, and conversations. One of my favorite ways to capture coaching experiences is through whiteboards. Often, I will ask teachers key planning questions. I listen to their off-the-cuff responses and whiteboard what they're saying. That synthesis becomes the trigger for a new classroom experience. Below are some of the many whiteboards I've produced with teachers. There are even some examples where I had the opportunity to whiteboard with students designing projects with the teachers I support.
