NICU Nurse

Description: NICU nurse is a career I'd like to pursue, not for money wise reasons, or based of my skills but because of my brother, he was a NICU baby. My brother was born at 6 1/2 months old, he had low chances of living since he had other altercations aside from being born premature. He was assigned to remain in the intensive care unit for three extra months. During the first month the NICU nurses started to get early signals from my brother that he was having difficult time in breathing, with the nurses recognizing the early signs they were able to get a hold of my brother and keep him here with my family and I. My brother's nurses did so well with him that he ended up coming home one month earlier than expected. I want to be one of those nurses who can save the lives of many babies. Who give parents the certainty that they can trust me to take care of their blessings and to make them stronger in less time so that the parents can be with their children as soon as possible.
