Removing my name from the author list of #closedaccess "Unified Microbiome Initiative" paper in Science

Some tweets and post where I discuss why I removed my name from this new paper. I note - I did not have a big role in the writing of the paper though I did do some editing and contributed some ideas during meetings about the "UMI". Regardless, the whole saga has been a bit sad and painful for me.
