Matthew's Story

This is a talk that Matthew gave at Methodist Central Hall in Manchester on the 29th January 2019. Matthew's story spans the previous 9 years of his life, from graduation to the time of recording. Matthew describes his personal struggle with isolation and loneliness as well as the varieties of ways this played out in his life. Matthew describes his journey, building the work he now calls Spaces of Hope. Matthew sets out the link between personal experience, the world around us, the struggles of growth and development, and the place that hope has, as practical and strategically significant fruit that is often void from our society, but definitely enriches our lives.
