Physical exams are used to check up on the body to see if it is functioning correctly and for any abnormalities(like cancer)
Skin biopsies are when abnormal growths are cut off and examined under a microscope to see if they are cancerous
Shave biopsies shave off the growth with razor blades
Punch biopsies remove a circle of tissue with abnormal growth
X-rays, ultrasounds and CT scans involve x-ray scans of the body to check for skin issues or problems. Ultrasounds require similar instruments as checking for pregnancies, different from CT and x-rays.
