Stories capture the listener’s attention. They do leave something behind, after they have been told and put away.Over the last year, I have spoken to nearly 200 role models.I want to share the stories of role models in this book - who can make a difference to those in college.I call them Agility Stories because all the role models demonstrate Agility. They pack more in to 4 years of college than most others.Most are from Tier 2 colleges. They show how to embrace success by taking action.There are 4 broad themes –Explore. Especially as you start out.Fix one weakness. Do it, when it becomes apparent. It is not sexy but gives good mileage.Have your Personal Processes in place. Don’t be in a hurry. It takes time.Dive deeper. When you have explored and know a bit more on where to go.To get the most out of these stories, I urge you to make a 100 day action plan out of whatever seems most important to you.Then pursue it with single-mindedness, till you are done.It will motivate you to take on ever bigger challenges and put you into a positive spiral.May the force be with you!
