Chrome Tabs via OBS Theatre – Awesome VOD Capabilities
Chrome Tabs via OBS Theatre is another useful, but slightly outdated, extension. It allows you to copy all or part of a Twitch stream into a new tab.
When you launch the extension, you can choose to bookmark or save each stream. As soon as the stream is stored, you can launch it again.
On top of that, you can add new tabs and schedule the stream to play at a certain time and date.
Chrome Tabs via OBS Theatre works well enough, but it does have a few quirks that need to be considered before using the extension.
How to use Chrome Tabs via OBS Theatre
You need to visit your Twitch account, switch to the studio, and click on ‘Edit Profile’ to access the main settings.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the blue bookmark icon. Type the live stream URL in the ‘Add Channel to Chrome’ field and select ‘Chrome Tab’ as the tab type.
After clicking on save, wait for the stream to be saved. As soon as this happens, you can open the stream in Chrome Tabs via OBS Theatre.
Thanks to the flexible nature of Twitch Tabs, you can launch either all streams or only the recent streams that are stored in Chrome Tabs via OBS Theatre.
One of the main features of this extension is that it is able to open live and saved videos.
You can select which videos you want to open, and which you want to bookmark or save.

I'm using a MacBook Air, I noticed that if I'm on my laptop with the Twitch Fullscreen Plus extension open and I hit the close button on the chat window (next to the comment button), the browser will keep running until it's completely closed. Is there some kind of bug with this?

At least on this computer, this extension makes Twitch unresponsive for a few seconds when I press the "close" button. I'm using the Chrome download.
Edit: After closing the browser, the Twitch stream loads normally again.

I can't get it to work at all. Just a black screen with a white overlay, though I had the extension enabled.
Edit: I am able to un-minimize and minimize the Twitch fullscreen window again by pressing ~ on the keyboard, but I can't seem to close it.

A small issue - the extension seems to destroy itself when the stream is in 720p and the chat is visible (even when the extension is OFF). To make it work again, you have to close Chrome and reload the extension.
