In ELA today, we reviewed the book "Bears Busy Family"
With this book, we discussed who "relatives" are and what relatives were included in this story while they prepared for a feast with their family.

We then discussed what celebrations are.  
When we celebrate something we show that day is special by doing things with our families and loved ones.
We read the read aloud to the story called "Celebrations"

We then celebrated our new student in the classroom today and had a dance party to CELEBRATE!!!
HOMEWORK: Can you draw a picture of a time you celebrated something with your family?
