From 1982 to 1993, AutoCAD was designed and developed for the Microsoft DOS platform, and most early versions of the software could only run on mainframe-class computers, such as the IBM PC/AT and compatible computer systems.
AutoCAD was one of the first drafting products to support computer-aided design and drafting, and as such, was one of the first software products to use parametric modeling to allow users to create drawings based on mathematical formulas.
From 1983 to 1985, the Autodesk team developed a programming language, known as Language Manager, which allowed a developer to write an intelligent subroutine for the base language, C. As AutoCAD was the most common drafting application, Language Manager made it much easier to add new features to the software. AutoLISP, as it is known today, was developed by Autodesk.
In October 1984, Autodesk launched the first version of AutoCAD, AutoCAD LT, which was a reworked AutoCAD package designed to operate in MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows environments.

How to add row to an ArrayList by reading from a file
I have a.txt file that looks like this:
E-1234567
D-2345678
D-2345678
H-3456789
E-1234567
D-2345678
I want to read this file line by line, look for H and E and store the number in the arrayList while skipping the first line. My issue is that when I read the data from the file it doesn't put the data in the right position in the arrayList. It's like this:

"d" "e" "2345678"
