Internship duties:
Production responsibilities included building sets, assisting with camera set up and operation, setting up light kits, running errands for props, assisting talent, tearing set down at the conclusion of shoots, working with the creative writing team to assist in building editorial content, conduct research on new data asset management solutions, and pitch ideas for upcoming editions.

Details:
Elisabeth Murdoch, daughter of 21st Century Fox and News Corp Executive Chairman Rupert Murdoch, runs a made-for-Snapchat video production company called Vertical Networks. Vertical Networks produces its unique brand of mobile video content for its first Snapchat Discover channel called “Brother.” The company launched “Brother” in August 2016 and has been seeing exponential growth since. What differentiates " Brother " from Snapchat Discover’s existing lineup of publishers is that they are a Snapchat-only media brand partnered directly with Snap Inc. It is a camera team and social media internship. Vertical Networks is a video production company for Snapchat, run by Elisabeth Murdoch (Rupert Murdoch's daughter). They shoot video content and allow interns to participate in the camera team.
