The third part is the competition: Main competitors of the brand are others Luxury jewelry brand, such as Cartier, Bvlgari or Van Cleef and Arpels. Brands with a strong heritage and know-how, and who are also (for most of them) own buy LVMH. They offer and their consumers are similars. 
But what makes Tiffany unique is that she has the American heritage that others don't have, Tiffany&Co is the only American Luxury brand in jewelry, which makes it special.
"And even competed, the jewelry remains a jewelry".
This means that every jewelry brand has its own know-how and particularities which decrease the competition in a way. Because each jewelry brand has it owns little characteristics that make it special.
