How to declare array of structs?
Suppose that I have structs:
public struct 
{
    public double[] l1,l2,l3;
}
public struct 
{
    public double[] t1,t2,t3;
}
public struct 
{
    public double[] l1,l2,l3,l4,l5;
}
public struct 
{
    public double[] l1,l2,l3,l4,l5,l6,l7,l8;
}
How can I declare an array of structs? The struct I have above is only for demonstration purposes. I need to have some unknown number of structs and I do not know what the number is, but I do know that it can be more than 8. I just want to be able to declare the array without worrying about the number.

I want to be able to declare the array without worrying about the
  number
var array = new []{... };
is what you're looking for.
It will not matter how many structures are in the array, you'll have to adjust the declaration to the number of structures (may be tedious), but it will compile.
Otherwise you'll have to use reflection to dynamically create the array. Not a good idea in this case, but it'll work.
EDIT:
If you want to have unknown number of structures, but know how many, you need to use another approach. You can use a Dictionary where the key is the id
