It's a very simple program that allows you to configure some basic things such as color settings, RGB range, image window size, etc. It creates standard PNG files using the colors you choose and saves their files with the extension ".png". So, you don't need to run a Web server and you don't need to edit image in a separate program. All that you need is the program to create PNG files.
It includes the Web site which provides you a help file and a lot of examples for different pictures.
The program also includes a support file, so you can get problems solved and questions answered. You can go to the site www.graphicfiles.com for those. If you are looking for an advanced program, try PhotoMesh Maker. It allows you to create depth maps and 3D panorama images. It is totally free and is much better than GraphicFiles PNG.

A prospective study of hemostatic factors in patients suffering from acute organophosphorus (OP) poisoning was conducted. In 72 adults and 11 children with acute OP poisoning (OPP), the level of activated coagulation time (ACT), and fibrinogen (FIB) were within normal ranges; FIB increased significantly during the first 3 days of treatment. During the 5 days of hospitalization, the median ACT was significantly prolonged in the survivors. The median FIB did not rise to the levels observed in patients with acute OP poisoning. Hemostatic factors appear to be affected by OP-induced cholinergic effects and the mechanisms resulting in the bleeding tendency probably are different from those causing coagulopathy in acute OPP.UNPUBLISHED
