Discovery Education-The Experience!

If you are new to the Discovery Education Experience or just need a refresher (since it has changed so much over the years) then the archive from the recent Day of Discovery webinar is for you!! All staff members can have a Discovery Education account, including non-teaching staff. As a reminder, the district is working on implementing single sign on for DE so students will be able to log in from launch pad. This means a variety of instructional and enrichment activities can be assigned to students. This is not a ho-hum boring resource---It is multidimensional and can support learners of all ages across content areas. If you have an outreach, you can use materials in DE for pre and post visit purposes. Please give this top shelf resource a chance by tuning into the virtual conference webinar link I have provided --put it on the background. This is a very important "rollout" even though we have had this resource forever, since it is the first time the district has supported the student accounts. Let us be the district leaders in finding innovative ways to use the Discovery Education assets. Videos are only part of the offerings, so please do not think this conversation is about streaming video. Discovery Education is now Discovery Education Experience and it is all grown up now with new features!! Let's get started!!!
