VBA: How to extract days from Date values of a column
I have a sheet where one column has date in mm/dd/yyyy format.
I need to extract the day value from those values.
I have tried a lot but it doesn't seem to be working.
Any help is appreciated.

In Excel you can use this to convert date to day:
=COUNTIF(OFFSET(B1,0,MATCH(1E9,1E9:1E9),0),"*"&TEXT(A1,"mmm")&"*")
where A1 is the date.
in this formula use date value instead of 1E
