"Eternals" premieres at the Romanian Film Festival

Eternals, which is the latest Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) film, has been bombarded with negative as well as positive reviews from the public. However, the film has not yet shown in theaters. Eternals will premiere on November 5 in the United States. Surprisingly, a number of people have given their ratings and reviews on the IMDb website. Even more strange, the attack on the rating given is very contradictory, namely giving a value of 1 which means very bad, while on the other hand giving a value of 10 which is a perfect score. Comments on the film website IMDb can indeed be done by anyone. This is different from other film websites such as Rotten Tomatoes which distinguishes between review forums for the general public and for journalists/film critics. Citing The Direct, the bad reviews given were allegedly related to the appearance of same-sex couples in the film, including the kiss scene between the two. The reason is, the reviewers call the reason "woke" which is generally used to refer to awareness or understanding of existing social issues. Even so, this term is often the subject of satire. "If there is a trophy for woke and mediocre, this film deserves to be the champion. Come on marvel, this is too cheap for you, a bad film like this can be done using only Angelina Jolie... Not worth watching at all," wrote one reviewer.
