Get to know me!
My students call me Mrs. May Baysa Versoza. I am a High School Filipino Teacher, handling Grades 7 and 11 in the current Online Distance Learning year at the Immaculate Conception Academy. I joined the academic workforce of ICA in May, 1998, as a Filipino Grades 5 and 6 Teacher. I take pride in my role as a class adviser from 1998 until present, and am also honored to be able to serve as the Social Action Student Staff moderator, from SY 2017-2018 to SY 2019-2020, and the Faculty Club Vice President from SY 2019-2020 and SY 2020-2021. Believing that "once a teacher, always a learner", I continue to grow and keep up with the trends in education to be able to give her best service to ICA and its clientele by acquiring professional developments through webinars which includes the SEL (Social-Emotional Learning) to have a better understanding of my students. I am also grateful enough and am privileged to share my knowledge and reach as many learners as I can, for having authored and published a number of Filipino textbooks and modules since 1999. A nurturing mother, author and a teacher, this is me!
