The clock will display the current time in
The user can configure the time to be displayed.
You can also choose to have two clocks on the side bar, the "left" clock (which can be set to display the correct time according to the internet) and the "right" clock (which will display the correct time on your computer only).
The right side is just a helper tool to set the time of the computer.
The left side is used only for configuring the time and can not be resized.
The colors used in the red/blue lights can be changed.
The clock will also display the users system name, which can be configured.
The status lights can be disabled or enabled.
The status lights will display the time, the year and if there is a weather forecast.
These status lights can also be configured for the 2 sides.
The font size can be set for the clock.
The clock displays the time in 24, 12, 10 or am/pm format (depending on the configuartion).
Configuration Files:
The clock uses the configuration file, which can be changed.
There are 3 different types of configuration files, which can be found in the directory:
config.xml
config.xml.def
Maintanance Files:
The clock uses the maintenance directory to save the time.
You can now config the time in two ways:
The first way is to edit the config.xml file.
This can be done in two ways:
- You can use editConfig.php
- A CMD line tool is included in the package
If you don't know how to use the CMD line (and if you are not in Windows), you can use the editConfig.php
Use the following commands:
- php editConfig.php
- php editConfig.php config.xml
- php editConfig.php config.xml.def
- php editConfig.php def.xml
- php editConfig.php def.xml config.xml
The second way is to use the config tool.
There is a config tool included in the package.
Use the following commands:
- php config.xml
- php config.xml.def
- php config.xml.def def.xml
- php config.xml def.xml config.xml
- php config.xml def.xml config.xml
