GPSDings is a utility for manipulating tracks and waypoints recorded with a GPS receiver in GPX (.gpx) or OVRT format.
It is written in C++ and uses the libgpw library.
An OVRT and a GPX format, both published by Open Mobile Applications Consortium (OMA) are used for exchanging and storing track and waypoint data.
