📒 Review 
Overall, and generally speaking, this was a good book and I would recommend it to young readers! It was an easy read that didn't require much thought and no prior knowledge or the other books in this series 
I liked that this was a quick book that I could read in one sitting
Bearing in mind this book is aimed at a younger audience, I felt it was age appropriate and could captivate the intended audience, and I must admit I was intrigued to get to the bottom of the murder mystery! 
However, despite there being many interesting twists that kept me guessing, the final reveal at the end of the book was somewhat disappointing. The ending could have been a little better and I was left feeling a little deflated considering the fact the entire book is building up to reveal who the murderer is in a murder mystery game. Saying this, I do feel that this is due to the fact I am not the intended audience and this book is more of a gateway into the world of the characters to provide background into the other stories in this series (all of which are brilliant!)
