Notice how many courses the various programs have in common! I've highlighted the courses the programs all share in yellow and the courses the degree and diploma programs share in green. You can see that the only difference between the diploma and degree programs are the general core courses. It's also surprising that so many of the same courses are part of the two certificate programs. 
What this means is that you could start by taking a couple of courses that are highlighted in yellow and make up your mind how far you want to go later, after you've gotten a little more experienced at college-level work. You'll need to decide how long you want to be in school, research how much salary difference there is between the jobs you can get at the different levels, and find out how much financial support you will need.
