Rendering Partial Views when the Model is changed
I am new to MVC, I have a small problem. I have two models, as follows:
public class Model1 {
    public string PropA { get; set; }
    public string PropB { get; set; }
    public string PropC { get; set; }
}
public class Model2 {
    public Model1 Obj1 { get; set; }
In my view, when I navigate to the view, the Model1 is populated. 
If Model1 changes, I would like to render partial view, inside of the view which contains a form.
How do I do this?

This is something you want to look at using Action Filters.
This gives you the flexibility to make changes to the Model1 class as and when required.
public class ValidateModel1Attribute : ActionFilterAttribute
{
    public override void OnActionExecuting(ActionExecutingContext filterContext)
    {
            if (/* Here you look at the properties of Model1, and compare to the validation rules */)
            {
                // If the properties don't pass, throw a HttpException to indicate that the page is not valid.
                filterContext.Result = new HttpException("The page you're trying to display isn't valid");
            }
    }
Then when the user attempts to access the form, and Model1 doesn't pass validation, you can throw an exception instead of rendering the form.
