Double-tap on the Internet Explorer icon to launch.
Select the Tools button on the top right corner.
Click on Internet Options.
Select Programs.
Move to the Default Web Browser field.
Choose to Make Default.
Hit OK.

Step 2: Include Intuit as a trusted website in Internet Explorer
Access Internet Explorer.
Select Command.
Click on Tools.
Tap on the Internet Options button.
Navigate and click on Security.
Press the Trusted Sites option.
Select Sites.
Move to the Add this Website to the Zone.
Type *.intuit.com.
Hit Add.
Now, move to the Trusted Sites screen again.
Uncheck the “Require Server Verification for all Sites in this Zone” box.
Uncheck the Enable Protected Mode box.
Close Internet Explorer.
Step 3: Turn off the add-ons on the browser-
Re-open Internet Explorer.
Click on Command.
Select Tools.
Choose Internet Options.
Tap on Programs.
Select Manage add-ons.
Click on Disable add-ons.
Hit OK.
Close the browser.
Step 4: Clear the Cookies and Cache data
Open Internet Browser.
Click on Tools.
Select Internet Options.
Tap on General.
Navigate to Browsing History.
Choose Delete.
Select the Temporary Internet Files and Website Files option.
Next, select the Cookies and Website Data option.
De-select the Preserve Favorite Website Data option.
Hit Delete.
