Passions and Skills
Somethings that I’m good at and passionate about are volleyball, art, dance, public speaking, taking on leader ship roles and swimming. The reason why I love volleyball so much is that it’s a fun active sport that I can play with  friends Artis one of my favorite things because it’s wonderful creative outlet that lets me express myself and there’s no wrong way of doing it. Public speaking is really fun I like it because I’m a very talkative person it lets me push myself out of my comfort zone. Taking on leadership roles is also one of my favorite things because it pushes me to be a better person and work hard. And I also like swimming because it’s a fun thing to do and also helps you stay fit. Doing these things help me maintain a in a positive mental state. They do this because it distracts me from all the negative things around me and keeps me busy and working hard.
