This program is a useful tool that allows you to print and cut NACA 4-digit airfoils or the corresponding router templates using an online service like Ponoko.
However, with NACAPlot you can also plot the airfoils on your desktop, a virtual device or on a monitor.

You can even copy and paste it in your router or laser cutting software.
The GUI is easy to use. Just drag the airfoils to place them on the screen and then rotate, scale, flip and move them to the desired position.
