History 
In 1982, AutoCAD was introduced as a desktop app to run on the Xerox Alto, a personal computer with a built-in graphics adapter. Autodesk's first CAD software, it was originally sold as DGN, and was derived from the Freehand drawing program. It was sold on floppy disk.
In August 1987, Autodesk launched AutoCAD Revit, an entirely new application for designing and engineering buildings. Autodesk released AutoCAD 2.0 on 22 November 1991. As the first major release of a major product since 1990, 2.0 featured a new graphics engine, new screens and workspaces, a revised navigation scheme and more comprehensive documentation. The application gained prominence as the best-known and best-selling CAD program.
In March 1997, Autodesk released AutoCAD LT, which had a simplified user interface and fewer functions. Like AutoCAD 2.0, LT was a significant update. It introduced dynamic workspace and dynamic dimensioning and was the first CAD program to employ a standard three-dimensional graphics format.
In January 2000, Autodesk released AutoCAD 2000, the first major upgrade of AutoCAD since 1991. It introduced a new system for sharing, editing and viewing all parts of a drawing. It provided viewing and tracing of 3D models, 2D views of 3D models and editable 3D models. The user interface was also streamlined and new options such as AutoSnap and the ability to edit the distance between layers, were added.
In February 2000, Autodesk released AutoCAD LT 2000, its second major update of AutoCAD since 1997. AutoCAD LT 2000 introduced new drawing templates and improved the ability to document and create professional quality DWG files, such as for presentation to clients, and supported dual-monitor configurations.
In May 2001, Autodesk released AutoCAD Civil 3D, which included a new 3D modelling interface and a new road design tool. This was Autodesk's first commercialised 3D modelling application. AutoCAD Civil 3D supports the import of National Engineering Specification Group (NESG) files.

While it's fine to drink more than usual, too much cold, icy treats can trigger a vasovagal response, which is a drop in blood pressure that results in fainting.
"It's the most common medical emergency in women of childbearing age," said Dr. Michael Tanner, an associate professor of obstetrics and gynecology at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine in Chapel Hill.
This usually happens when a woman stands too quickly or suddenly, experiences a sharp drop in blood pressure, or is exposed to cold. But a woman's reproductive system can also be a contributing factor.
"We think that this may be triggered by a hormonal surge that occurs during pregnancy," Tanner said. "This makes women more vulnerable to getting the vasovagal response."
The vasovagal response is generally felt as a heart race, skipped heart beats, a feeling of weakness, and a feeling of not being able to catch one's breath.
It happens more frequently when a pregnant woman stands up suddenly. According to the American Pregnancy Association, some of the symptoms include an abrupt loss of vision, a severe headache, a tingling in the limbs, diarrhea, dizziness and fainting.
Women who experience pregnancy-related hot flashes, night sweats, cramps, or other problems that affect their cardiovascular system are also at greater risk for vasovagal fainting, said Dr. Donna Bybee, an obstetrician at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville.
