🐦 My favourite animal is a redwing blackbird. They migrate North every spring and spotting one always makes me happy.

📚 My favourite book is "The Art of Racing in the Rain" by Garth Stein. It's a wonderful story and contains a lot of racing analogies that I've incorporated into my own approach to high-level sport.
