Step 3- This was all about attending the dealership for my work experience every week on a Thursday for 5 hours.
What I was doing?
·      Shadowing sales executives within the whole sale process of a car 
·      Having an insight of how sales work 
·      Walk around the showroom floor and communicate with customers 
·      Go on test drives with sales executive and customers
·      Upload autotrader adverts of our current stock
·      Using computers to store customer’s data 
·      Answering calls on enquires on cars/ arrange a test drive appoinment 
·      Help out on sales events- being on reception handling the busy day by being on reception dealing with customer enquires.
·      Providing excellent customer service ensuring customers are satisifed with the cars 
·      Recording down new stock the features the car has and mileage.
·      Moving around vehciles.
