I have a single PHP project containing two scripts. In my licence.php file I have the following code:
In my project folder I have another licence.php file containing:
While switching between the scripts I got following error:
I tried different configurations and combinations of settings. I tried different versions of PhpStorm.I tried the full path to the licence.php files. I tried many settings and exceptions. I tried the solution from this link: 
I did everything I could think of to fix the issue but I’m stuck. I have a single project, I can't find the file. Could you please help me to solve this issue? Thank you very much.
