Music to Inspire Change and Implement Social Values

Music has always played a role in society as a means of protest against socio-political and cultural issues. In this collection, I sought out African musicians and music that meant to conscientize people on political, social, and environmental issues. I discovered that the use of music as means of achieving social and political change has been practiced for a long while that it could be considered a tradition.
