a bag of chocolate chips is 2 cups so you can stretch this recipe to make two batches if you measure the other ingredients with your heart 
leftover/bottom of the bag freeze dried strawberries are easily crushed up and added to this recipe for some yummy flavor and color 
when you are making the second batch, since the lemon (strawberry) fudge only took about 2/3 of the sweetened condensed milk, you can use another flavor of chocolate chips -like butterscotch and adjust the butter 
if you don’t have parchment paper, use foil and hope that it pops out of that when you turn it over the next day 
you may be so hungry that you don’t get to the point of wrapping the little pieces of fudge, so maybe leave it in the container and cut the pieces from there
