With a basic design program, a drafter can lay out plans, drawings, or schematics for use by a designer, and vice-versa. While AutoCAD is not a graphical layout program, it is designed to be easily integrated with other Autodesk CAD applications. Each AutoCAD product includes the basic design program, plus drawing and drafting tools, features, and functionalities for various disciplines. Desktop
First released in 1982, the first AutoCAD app was designed for the Apple II computer. In 1985, Autodesk released AutoCAD for the IBM PC, and later added it to the Windows platform. For the PC platform, AutoCAD 2013 was released on October 4, 2011. AutoCAD 2013 can now be used in Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10.
Mobile
The company launched AutoCAD Mobile, a mobile version of AutoCAD, in 2010. AutoCAD Mobile is available for iPhones, iPads, and Android-based devices. AutoCAD Mobile has a number of features that allow drafters to do the same things as their desktop counterparts, such as:

Editor modes
AutoCAD Cracked Version 2017 offers a number of editor modes. Edit mode enables the user to view and manipulate objects on the screen and in a document. Zoomed-in view mode allows an object to be viewed at a higher magnification. You can use Zoomed-in view mode to view objects in context, even if they are very large. The drop-down menu on the status bar enables you to switch to different modes, for example, from edit to review, or from review to drawing.
The top of the status bar contains a number of buttons and switches that enable the user to:
 Customize the way that the interface works (such as which tools appear on the toolbar and the window menu)
 Change the way that the application behaves (for example, opening and closing windows and switching among the various modes).
There are four common menu bar items:
 File: Switch the active view.
 View: Choose from the list of the available views to enter the current view.
 Window: Open a new window or close the active window.
 Help: Open the Help dialog.
You can customize the menu bar by dragging the icons and dropping them on the menu bar.
Navigation and location bar
The Navigation Bar includes information about the current drawing and about the current selected block or object. This information includes information about the document, the user, the selected block or object, and the selected view. If you are in an edit or review view, the navigation bar will display information about the document as well as the user. In the case of a multi-user installation, the navigation bar will also display the user for whom the drawing is open.
When in the drawing editor, the block number can be read off the navigation bar. If you are editing a document in the format of a dxf, this block number will be the dxf block number of the selected block.
The location bar at the bottom of the screen displays the current user's global coordinate system information, together with the current CRS. The CRS can be changed by clicking on the CRS button at the top of the screen.
