'Arizona, USA - Kaohsiung, Taiwan' on the 29th

Kiwoom Heroes (CEO Wi Jae-min) will hold spring camps for a total of 38 days from the 29th to March 6th in Arizona, the United States, and Kaohsiung, Taiwan, in preparation for the 2024 season. A total of 46 people, including coach Hong Won-ki, coaching staff, squad, and front desk, will participate in this camp. The team will depart for Arizona, the U.S., the first camp site, on Korean Air flight KE005 at 9 p.m. on the 29th. From Feb. 1 to Feb. 14, the team will take a one-day break from its three-day training at Salt River Fields at Talking Stick in Arizona. The team plans to focus on basic training and strengthen its condition. After the U.S. camp, the team will move to Taiwan on Feb. 15 and continue its training from Feb. 18 to March 5 at Borders Qingpu Baseball Stadium in Kaohsiung. The team will play six practice games with Taiwanese professional baseball teams, including the Zhongxin Brothers and the Tung Lions, to adjust their sense of play in real games. Meanwhile, seven players, Song Sung-moon, Kim Hwi-jip, and Lee Ju-hyung, left for the U.S. on Jan. 18 to adjust to the local area and train individually. Foreign players, including Hurado, Jesus, and Dawson, will also join the squad just in time for the start of the camp.
