Consumers are for me the key pillars in the field of marketing. Among the 4 or 6 C's, it seems to me to be the most important. We need to understand how the consumer behaves and evolves to satisfy his desires and improve his well-being. Before the internet era, the relationship with the consumer was more linear. Today everything has changed, consumers are also actors: their opinion is important, they can influence others, they can participate in the development of the brand through engagement and especially they are in contact with brands much more often (especially thanks to the smartphone). But tomorrow, what will be the relationship between customers and brands?
