From 11 January 2021, staff using the Horizon View Remote Access solution will need to complete the login process using Multi-Factor Authentication. For this system MFA applies in all situations regardless of location or device.For any staff who have configured Multi-Factor Authentication to use the Desk phone option, you are advised to change this to use the Microsoft Authenticator app.If you are working remotely, you will need to make a service desk request for support to change your desk-phone authentication to the app. Access service desk remotely by logging into the Staff Portal(opens in a new tab) .
