Our student-centered coaching & collaboration is always confidential & non-evaluative. I am your colleague—not admin and definitely not "THE expert". I am a planning/thinking/teaching partner—a resource and a sounding board for YOU. Working with an IDS coach is not about fixing teachers (or students); Our focus is on impacting, engaging, and empowering STUDENTS. This work is often most effective when done as PLC/teaching team, especially as we dig into data and co-plan.
