İngredients
2 cups ground wheat 
2 tablespoon flour
Half a tablespoon of salt 
Yoghurt
Garlic
3 tablespon butter 
• How do make "Haşıl" ?
• First put on ground wheat in the pot .Add enought hot water and  add salt 
• Then cook on low heat until you boil down (not completely absord water)
• Add folur to our ground wheat and mix until cooked  
• Mix continuous so it doesn't catch the bottom 
• Turn of  stave and cover your pot 
• İt brew for five minute 
• After preapare garlic yoghurt 
• Melt three tablespoon of butter. Put in on the Haşıl   dinler plate and grease as cake 
• Pour the garlic  yoghurt on the Haşıl 
• Finally  our Haşıl make a hole the middle, pour the butter
