A regular Windows 10 user sees the Store as being down unless the developer isn't releasing Windows 10 apps. You just can't use the phone, the start screen, the desktop and even your tile notification, and now you can't even use the media player to play media. Anyways you would have to download it from the old Dev.
I am trying to be patient to help you and I appreciate your efforts to help us. There are a lot of people who benefit from your efforts here. But, to be honest, I don't think Microsoft has any intention to help us. From the little I see, Microsoft and Windows Store will try to control our development and what we can and cannot do on our own.
I have contacted the Store with my issue. But, we do not see any change in our Store or in our apps.

Right now you can launch to the store with the 'Store' and not 'Home' option.
