The first part of the KC Workforce partnership was great for my content area. We learned about the main skills employers are looking for: ability to continuously learn, good judgement, self-reliance, and teamwork. I wish we could have expanded on those more and discussed ways to help students practice those skills in the classroom 
Apple Classroom was a great refresher, especially since the Big Sur update. Rachel gave great information about how to use it in ways other than just monitoring students' screens. You can open apps on students devices from your laptop and airdrop to your entire class. You can also use slideshows to formatively assess students-- create a slide show of answers like true, false, or even emojis, and students present on their screen their answer. You can quickly see all their screens and use it as an exit ticket. I'm excited to try that in my classroom!
