Note: The screensaver is optimized for Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10, etc. Other versions may not work correctly. This program is portable to any computer without installation. Try the portable version of the screensaver and see for yourself.
The screensaver displays a variety of clips from animals that live in the ocean. The clips are displayed in a continuous cycle and all images in the screensaver are streamed directly from the images files, no special conversion is required.
The time period selected for the display is from 20 seconds to 60 seconds.
The screensaver can be accessed via "Favorites" menu, under the "Options" section, where user can configure settings and access help.
You can install this screensaver to several locations on your computer, it's possible to install it on all your computers.
Choose the location you want to install the screensaver: the desktop, the start menu or the taskbar.
Next - "Delay Before Login" - you can delay the display time. The default time interval is 60 seconds. If you want to, you can display only when you lock the screen.
- "Play only when connected" - if you want that your computer will display the screensaver only when it's connected to the network, or when you are using the Internet.
- "Alarm Settings" - This section contains the information needed to configure the alarm. You can schedule the alarm to launch the screensaver. The alarm settings provide means to select the sounds that play when the alarm is launched.
The alarm can be scheduled to play daily, weekly, daily at night or weekly at night.
The alarm can play only when the computer is not in use. This mode can be used to play the alarm while the computer is idle on the computer, or while the computer is using the network.
- "Updating" - This section displays a screensaver that will be updated every 15 minutes. Once the update is complete, the screensaver will be updated again.

The nature of in vivo pathogen challenge induces the terminal differentiation and effector function of Th1 and Th2 cells. Although IL-17 is a critical regulator of inflammation, it is not known whether IL-17 contributes to Th1 or Th2 cell responses during inflammation. We examined the in vivo effects of IL-17 production in a Th2-mediated model of tissue injury and explored the mechanism by which IL-17 contributes to tissue damage. Mice were administered alum-antigen with IL-17-deficient or wild-type OVA-specific Th2 cells. When treated with IL-17 deficient Th2 cells, mice exhibited lower serum ALT and serum OVA-specific IgG2a antibodies compared with mice that received IL-17-sufficient Th2 cells, although both were significantly elevated compared with PBS-treated controls. Histopathologic analysis of liver revealed neutrophil infiltration and tissue damage in mice that received IL-17-sufficient Th2 cells, whereas IL-17-deficient Th2 cells did not cause a significant increase in neutrophil infiltration or tissue damage. Neutrophil-mediated liver damage was significantly reduced in mice that received IL-17-deficient Th2 cells and were depleted of neutrophils, indicating a contribution of IL-17 to neutrophil-mediated tissue damage. Further examination of the effects of IL-17 on neutrophils revealed that IL-17 production by Th2 cells leads to the induction of IL-1beta, which subsequently activates neutrophils, resulting in neutrophil-mediated liver injury.Comment
