UK and the Lugano Convention

The Lugano Convention was one of the forgotten details from the Brexit referendum. And yet the UK gains much from it. Many legal cases choose to use the UK courts to rule over disputes which provides the UK substantial revenue and prestige. Rulings need to be recognised elsewhere for this to work. This is why the Lugano Convention matters.
