Aspects of Reproductive health
1.Planning of the family: Planning of the family is the process of planning for the management of income and expenditure, determining the right size of family and thus bringing quality of life in it. Apart from that, planning of family also includes a lot of other responsibilities like plan of proper nurturing of children, providing them education, marrying them away, etc. 
2.Safe motherhood : Motherhood refers to the condition of women from the day of conception till 42nd day after labour. Safe Motherhood is another important aspect of reproductive health which incorporates providing nutritious food and exercise, proper healthcare and checkup, and such other activities for saving the pregnant woman and her baby from the possible dangers which may arise during maturity. Safe motherhood is a quite necessary concept for saving a lot of babies and their mother from dying because there is widespread trend of early marriage. 
3.Neonatal and child health care: This is another significant aspect of reproductive health. Neonatal refer to newly born baby and child means people below five years of age. For good health of nenonatal, a proper care must be given to pregnant woman. After the baby is born, a good care of the baby must be given. Neonatal and children are vulnerable to diseases because of lower immunity and incapability to care for itself. Therefore, a good care of their sensitive organ must be done. Proper food, breastfeeding, health care, cleanliness, vaccination, proper sleep and such other aspects of the infants and children must be taken good care of. 
4.Causes of abortion and prevention measures: A huge number of a person take place in Nepal.  The laws of Nepal has given conditional permission for abortion.  Several causes are there why people want to abort a baby although our laws have permitted abortion basically if there is a health threat to the mother or baby or if pregnancy has been caused because of forced sex. People want to abort to hide pregnancy,  to avoid risks to human as well as baby,  because the baby is not of their desired gender.  whatever the cause of abortion is, it must be done safely. 2010 of unsafe abortion are that the women can die during an abortion and she may become infertile in the future and so on.  it is better to conceive only after planning for conception.  to avoid unwanted pregnancy,  couples must use contraceptives. If a person is quite necessary they must go to train and certified health practitioners. 
5.Reproductive Tract Infection (RTIs) : Infections of the urine tract can affect both males and females,  do females are found to be more vulnerable to it.  Such infection can have several causes but unsafe sex and sex with multiple partners are the main. It can transfer from male to female or vice versa.  Infectious germs gather at the genitals and infect the reproductive tract. Such infection can even cause serious STIs like syphilis and even HIV/AIDS. If reproductive tract infections are hidden or ignored and not treated in time,  they can cause infertility,  uterus cancer, and other serious consequences. 
6.Infertility,  its prevention, and treatment:  Some couples have a keen wish for bearing babies but even after many years of marriage,  they are not able to do so.  the reason for that can possibly be infertility in them.  Infertility may be caused by many reasons. Some reasons for infertility in men can be no production of sperm,  low sperm count,  problem in testicles and other such defects of reproductive organs. Incredulity can be caused in women because of low production of ovum and defects in reproductive organs. Many of such defects can be cured through treatment but some cannot be treated. 
7.Reproductive health adolescents: Adolescence need to have a very good understanding of reproductive health. They are undergoing rapid physical and psychological changes. They must be known to the reproductive system and process so that they have a good understanding and no confusion about it.  Moreover,  the girls of Nepal are married and they have to conceive at an early age.  that creates problem in reproductive health.  It must be known to all adolescents that there is and conception at to early age is dangerous for them,  especially girls.  they ought to generate an understanding of reproductive health from their parents, teachers and peers.
8.Reproductive health of elderly women:  Reproductive health has a significance to elderly women too. They ought to acquire knowledge of their reproductive health for avoiding many adversities. They have their menopause around the age of 45 years.  After that, they cannot have babies. Women who bear many babies and conceive at late have increased risks of problems related to reproductive health like cervical cancer breast cancer and so on. They also suffer from empty nest syndrome and other such psychological problems typical of their age.  Because of these reasons the elderly women also ought to gain knowledge of their reproductive health.
