What is Digital Talking Parrot
The first step is to visit the site 
To get the software you need to click on the link
" Download Sim. Deb.exe by ZLZE-A.com"
Once you have downloaded the sim.deb file, double click on it so it opens
Just scroll down and install the software by following on screen directions
After you have installed the software, shut down your computer and restart
Your CD and then double click on the sim.deb file, you should be brought to the
main screen where you will see an icon for your screen saver
Double click on that and you will now need to find a directory where you can
place the.CSF file
When you are on the screensaver screen, there will be an icon for the first
setting, which is the background
Double click on that and change the directory to the location of the wallpaper that you want to use
As you can see from the first screen shot above, the computer said the picture was not found
Now, start the screensaver and you should be able to find the wallpaper that you used

That is true. My post was not serious. This application can set the background image of the screen saver. And it can support different background setting, but the background image can not be changed directly
