In the last two months of 2020, the Ombudsman's Office published developments on several key inquiries. Ombudsman O'Reilly launched a new strategy for the Office: 'Towards 2024'. In November, a campaign for access to EU documents was run on social media, and linked to a new section on the issue on our website.
