It's an application I'm using to manage my XP computers remotely. It works fine with all my computers except for 2. In every computer I've tried, the process gets stuck somewhere in the middle of the night. In one computer it's usually at 10AM. Unfortunately, I can't find any error messages in the event viewer, or any other log. The problem is that when I restart the computer, the process is still there but the only thing I can do is wait for it to finish.
I asked Vee-Teq, the software developer, about my problems and they said they were expecting this to happen but were working on a solution for my problem.
