Conrad realized then that the best way to achieve his physical goals was by participating in a structured sport environment and working with an individual who would be responsible for monitoring and evaluating his performance on a consistent basis. Conrad's work as a personal trainer and strength coach is not only based on his own personal philosophy and experience but is also supported by the scientific research and research studies done and still being done by other professionals in the field. Conrad believes that with the proper nutritional and exercise regimen anyone can achieve their goals of getting in shape and living a healthy lifestyle.
In his professional career Conrad has worked with and trained a wide variety of clients. He has worked with professional athletes, celebrities, model clients and people of all ages and backgrounds. Conrad's approach to his work is characterized by a sense of genuineness and honesty. He is always looking to improve his knowledge and understanding of the body and the dynamics of exercise.
In his personal life Conrad is married and has three children. His children, Garrett, Caley and Cody, have supported him since a young age in his mission to help others and reach their physical goals.
