Technology Shout-Outs! 📣😁
I love seeing all of the creativity in your classrooms when I visit campuses.  Here are some of the great things I have noticed this month:
Shoutout to Summit Hill for using iPads in the classroom as part of your instruction.  Everytime I walk by your students are using their iPad as part of their daily toolbox.  Awesome job!
Shoutout to Howe Intermediate for using Canvas as part of your daily lessons.  I see so many of you having your students do a daily "warmup" in Canvas so that they are familiar with the process in case they are quarintined.  I also have witnessed entire lessons being done through Canvas as the "base" for all of the activities for the day!  Awesome job!
Shoutout to Howe Middle School for having high expectations for your students to bring their iPad charged and ready to go each day.  So many of you use the iPad as part of your instructional lesson daily- I have seen some amazing collaborative powerpoints, formative assessments, and reading books online.  I love seeing all of the learning that takes place when I visit your campus!
Shoutout to Howe High School for creating dynamic and interactive instructional courses in Canvas.  Your students don't miss a beat if they are quarantined because you are using the LMS to drive the instruction in your classroom.  I love how so many of you have created screencast videos and set up Canvas conferences to help students with an assignment.  You are all doing such an amazing job!
