Professional Learning Kitchens (Review 2)

The Quality Improvement Project (QIP) I am undertaking for my organisation is an action research project, involving the exploration of informal staff spaces via online staffrooms, forums and get togethers. Indulge me as I use a foodie metaphor to explain my project plan: I'm experimenting with various ingredients and recipes depending on the chefs involved. The kitchens (learning spaces) and chefs (practitioners) involved, are: Kitchen #1 = ESOL teachers Kitchen #2 = teacher trainers Kitchen #3 = industry trainers This reflection marks the last half of the project marked by the end of term 2.
