Wi-Fi, modern appliances, and more can be found all throughout the building, because we know that our seniors deserve to have all of the same creature comforts as anyone else would expect in 2023. Wi-Fi, especially, is important to us, as so many seniors rely on a strong Wi-Fi signal to speak with loved ones, use home assistants to help with tasks, and enjoy entertainment through services like Netflix.

Seniors, just like everyone else around the globe, have modernized, and that's why we feel that it's so important at Reserve at Red Run to acknowledge that and provide that kind of environment for our residents.

2. Like other apartments, we have different floor plans to choose from.

Even though you may be living in a senior community, that doesn’t mean that you don’t have some options as to where you’re living. Here at our Madison Heights senior apartments, you can choose between a one bedroom/one bathroom apartment, a two bedroom/one bathroom, or a two bedroom/two bathroom configuration. Having the choice is something that not many senior communities offer, and we’re proud to be one of the few.

3. The amenities are unmatched.

There's open, restaurant-style dining that has a full menu available from 7 AM to 7 PM, seasonal food and drink specials, and an on-site cafe and bistro. For a senior living community, it doesn't really get much better than that.
