PER CURIAM.
Leonard Prue appeals from a denial of a rule 3.850 motion for post-conviction relief. The order under review denies his claims that trial counsel was ineffective for failing to: (1) call the state's only witness, who testified that Prue fired the pistol involved; (2) object to the state's questioning of the witness on matters outside the scope of direct examination; (3) argue self-defense; and (4) object to an instruction on aggravated assault.
Prue raised the claim that trial counsel was ineffective in his direct appeal. Prue v. State, 517 So.2d 1 (Fla. 4th DCA 1987). We denied the claim, observing that the claim was refuted by the record. Id. at 2.
Prue filed this motion which generally alleges the same claims raised on direct appeal as well as additional claims for example, that trial counsel failed to argue self defense in the presence of the jury.
